- Properties located in Dallas/ Ft Worth and other Sunbelt markets (e.g, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Jacksonville, etc).
- Class B-C properties with slight value opportunities to create value via superior operations.
- 65+ unit assets in well-positioned sub-markets.
- With position growth in economic, population, net migration, and rent growth.
- Favorable financing availability.
